Processing when visiting the website

When you access our website, our web server automatically processes so-called server log data. This may include in particular: IP address (possibly stored in truncated form), date and time of access, page/file accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Processing takes place to provide the website, ensure stability and security, and for technical administration. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional web operation).

Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if the enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Hosting

This website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany. When the website is accessed, personal data (in particular IP addresses) may be processed on the host's servers. We have concluded a data processing agreement with dogado pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Browser storage (localStorage & sessionStorage)

We use only technically necessary browser storage: sessionStorage remembers whether the one-time loading screen has already been shown; localStorage stores whether you have acknowledged the notice about this privacy policy. No analytics, marketing or tracking cookies are used. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website) or § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

External services & links

Our website links to external third-party services, in particular Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the website of our partner Haedler + Haedler. Only when you activate such a link do you reach the respective third-party page; data may then be transmitted there. The respective provider is responsible for processing on the destination pages.

Fonts

This website uses the Montserrat typeface (hosted locally, licence: SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Clash Display (commercial licence, owned by flame studio). Licence documents are held by the operator; publication of the Clash Display licence on the website is not required.

Cookies & consent

We do not use optional cookies. The brief notice on your first visit points to technically necessary browser storage. By clicking “Got it”, you confirm that you have taken note of this information.

Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes. Where statutory retention obligations apply, data is stored for the duration of the respective periods. It is then deleted or anonymised.

Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is transferred to third parties only where permitted by law (e.g. for contract performance, due to statutory obligations, or on the basis of your consent). Where we use service providers, this is done on the basis of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have in particular the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) lit. e or f GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR), and withdrawal of consent given with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation, unauthorised access or other unlawful processing. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
